Question: How is automatic feeding achieved?
Answer: This feeding/water dispenser does not require electricity. Food is automatically dispensed and water is replenished based on the principles of gravity and siphon.
Question: Can it feed at fixed times and in fixed quantities? Does it need to be plugged in? Can it be connected to the internet?
Answer: Our model cannot feed at fixed times and in fixed quantities. It does not need to be plugged in and does not support internet connection. It automatically replenishes food and water to ensure a constant supply.
Question: What causes the feeding device to get stuck with food?
Answer: This feeding device dispenses food based on the pure gravity principle. If the pet food contains large pieces of freeze-dried food or is damp and clumped, the food may not be dispensed. Gently shake the box and make sure to keep it dry and sealed thereafter to solve the problem.
Question: What is the capacity of the feeder and water dispenser? Is it suitable for business trips?
Answer: The feeder can store approximately 2.1KG of food and the water dispenser has a capacity of approximately 3.8L, which is sufficient for adult cats/small dogs for about a week.
Question: Will the water in the water dispenser overflow and can it filter?
Answer: Our water dispenser automatically replenishes water based on the siphon principle and stops flowing when it reaches a certain water level. If you need a smart filtered water dispenser, please contact us.

Answer: No. The product has a stable design at the bottom and will not be tipped over.
